Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup quinoa
- 1 avocado
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste if desired
- Cook quinoa as you would typically.
- Once quinoa is cooked, add in mashed or blended avocado.
- Add in a dash of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix it all together and serve warm
