Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 large can of chickpeas
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup medjool dates
- 1/3 cup stevia
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients together to form a paste
- Add in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into a 9" pan, lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
