Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use vegan pea protein from vitacost)
Steps:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender, and enjoy!
