Vegan Protein Shake


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use vegan pea protein from vitacost)
Steps:
  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender, and enjoy!
